Secured Investment of $200k & Completed Big Idea Ventures Accelerator
We received $200k investment from Big Idea Ventures & have been selected out of 300+ companies to join cohort 6 accelerator program in Paris. We enjoy the support of the BIV extended network, including Shake Up Factory.
We secured a fully certified, plant based co-manufacturing facility in the UK. We co-designed the production process to optimise the cost & allow for highly scaleable output with minimal lead times.
Our Products Have Been Market Tested
Although already on the market, the products have been market tested by consumers & Michelin chefs, it was great to showcase our food at the global Big Idea Ventures demo in Singapore (1st Dec 2022).
We presented our vegan foie gras & smokey chorizo. The food received rave reviews from distributors, wholesalers, VCs & angel investors.
Food Startup of the Year
It has been an arduous process to transfer production technology from a commercial kitchen onto a factory floor. This award is a sweet reward for all the efforts that our team has been consistently putting in.

We are extremely proud to be able to achieve this distinction as a plant based product.
'Nduja is an Italian sausage spread used on pizzas, pastas, sadnwiches & various sauces, it is always punching with flavour.
This is a testament to the excellent quality of the products we are producing.
We have developed the world's first plant pepperoni, able to withstand the hot pizza oven at 300 Celsius (572 Fahrenheit) and remain juicy & tender.
We also recreated famous deli classics, indulgent sandwich fillers like porchetta, bresaola, chorizo.
Finally we are delighted to present to you plant based foie gras & vegan nduja (Italian Calabrian sausage spread) - GREAT TASTE WINNER 2023.
We work with highly nutritious ingredients like hemp, pumpkin & wheat, resulting in a better nutritional profile than regular meat.
Our Michelin techniques ensure the highest quality, perfect texture & impeccable taste.
